  • Participation in Roadshow (one delegate per company*) for each full day event across the three venues.

  • Exhibitors meet with every attending UK Africa Specialist tour operators at each venue. This is on a round robin basis, with meetings lasting 20 minutes each.

  • Individual table with name badge and table top branding.

  • A guaranteed 26 appointments, up to a maximum of 32.

  • 3 high quality event venues.

  • 4 nights at 4* hotel accommodation (on a non-sharing basis).

  • Luxury coach transport from first venue (Manchester) through to the last (London).

  • If you have morning meetings, you have that afternoon free,

  • If you have afternoon meetings you have that morning free.

  • In London, you will be required both AM and PM.

  • Breakfast & Lunch : Monday to Friday inclusive​

  • Dinners : Sunday to Thursday inclusive, including wine on tables

  • Inclusion in all marketing materials including Buyers Handbook, website and PR campaign.

  • Exhibitors pack which provides comprehensive details, but all you have to do is get to the start point and we arrange everything from there!

  • Any additional accommodation requests must be booked and settled individually.​

SCHEDULE

Arrive Manchester on Sunday 27th ahead of Monday's session.

Tuesday 29th, travel from Manchester to Cirencester.

Thursday 31st, travel from Cirencester to London.
