Our sea-water desalination plant was the first of its kind when we launched it close to 30 years ago… We have increased its capacity to guarantee that all grey water use (such as water used for landscaping and within our gardens) is Not from fresh ground-water.
We own and operate the largest Solar Farm on Zanzibar Island producing 01 Mega-watt of renewable energy making us possibly the most energy efficient collection of properties in Zanzibar.
